Attorney Advertising. These Terms of Use apply to www.studentloanangel.com (the “Website”), operated by Knight Law Group, LLP.

1. Website Use

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website. The Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled.

2. Information, Not Legal Advice

The Website provides general information and tools. They are not legal advice and do not replace advice from a licensed attorney about your circumstances. The Website makes no promise about a legal or financial outcome.

3. Marketplace and No Professional Relationship

Student Loan Angel is a DBA of Knight Law Group, LLP. At initial launch, any legal-service evaluation or representation offered through Student Loan Angel is provided by Knight Law Group, LLP. Using the Website, submitting information, or completing an evaluation does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Knight Law Group accepts a matter only through a separate written engagement agreement.

Student Loan Angel may later offer an optional marketplace involving independent licensed attorneys. Any such referral requires a separate disclosure and borrower authorization. An independent attorney would decide separately whether to accept the matter and would be responsible for professional judgment, fees, licensing, deadlines, and the attorney's own privacy practices.

4. Submissions and Electronic Contact

Information submitted through the Website must be truthful, accurate, and complete. A public evaluation or support submission authorizes only the response described on that screen. It does not authorize a professional referral. Referral sharing requires the separate, named, purpose-limited, exact-scope consent described in the Marketplace Disclosure.

5. Text Messaging

Student Loan Angel is preparing an operational customer-service SMS program. Enrollment and sending are not active yet. Providing a number or submitting a form does not opt you in. The launch-candidate SMS Terms describe the planned separate consent, variable frequency, message-and-data-rate notice, STOP/HELP controls, and prohibition on marketing, promotions, and attorney offers by text.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Website to submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with security or operation, seek unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use automated means in a way that burdens or disrupts the Website.

7. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content are owned by or licensed to the Firm and may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Website for personal, noncommercial purposes. Other copying, distribution, modification, or exploitation requires prior permission or an applicable legal right.

8. Third-Party Links

Third-party links are provided for convenience. The Firm does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

9. Availability and Disclaimers

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, the Firm disclaims warranties that the Website will always be available, secure, error-free, accurate, or complete.

10. Limits of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Firm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Website use or inability to use it. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where another law or a non-waivable right applies. Subject to those non-waivable rights, proceedings must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Qualified counsel must review the enforceability of this provision for nationwide users and each enabled jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Changes apply from the date shown on the revised version, subject to applicable law.
