SMS Terms

Effective date: 2026-07-30

Last updated: 2026-07-30

These SMS Terms govern the Student Loan Angel Case Review Alerts text messaging program (the “Program”) operated by Knight Law Group, LLP (the “Firm,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms, to our Terms of Use, and to the handling of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

If you opt in, we may send you text messages related to your case review request and potential matter — for example, to confirm we received your request, to schedule or follow up on your free case review, to ask for details about the situation you described, and to send updates about your inquiry. The Program may also include occasional informational and marketing updates about data center legal developments relevant to your inquiry. Messages may be sent using an automated system. Texts may be sent from a 10-digit long code (A2P 10DLC) and/or a short code.

3. Opting Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” in reply to any message from us. After you send “STOP,” we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, or text “START”, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Help (HELP)

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at Ops@KnightLaw.com or +1 (424) 239-1054.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring messages; the number of messages depends on your interactions with us, the status of your inquiry, and your preferences.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The messaging program is offered on an “as is” basis and may not be available in all areas at all times, or on all carriers. Supported carriers may change without notice.

8. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Exchanging text messages with the Firm does not create an attorney-client relationship, which is formed only by a signed engagement agreement. Please do not text confidential or time-sensitive details until an engagement is in place.

9. Privacy

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle the information collected through this Program, including our commitment that mobile opt-in data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

10. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted means you accept the revised SMS Terms.
